Staff the College's main reception desk, welcome and assist visitors, check in/out students and guests, handle bookings and administrative tasks, answer queries, and escalate compliments or complaints.

Manage and deliver building maintenance and refurbishment projects to ensure compliance with UK regulations. Review condition reports, commission surveys, appoint and monitor contractors, manage budgets, and contribute to sustainability and long-term maintenance planning. Provide project schedules, risk management, stakeholder liaison, and ensure appropriate certification and paperwork.
