Lead the roadmap, development, and rollout of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer-facing agent experiences. Partner with engineering and OpenAI on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, voice models, and workflow automation. Translate AI and architecture concepts across the organization, establish platform standards, and improve answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation through experimentation and data analysis.

Own the roadmap and end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer-facing agent experiences. Partner with engineering and OpenAI to develop prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, voice models, and workflow automation. Translate technical concepts into organizational standards, optimize latency, cost, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and automation rates, and lead experimentation for production-grade AI products.

Own Jerry.ai’s AI platform strategy, including prompt consolidation, chatbot prioritization, and emerging technology investments in voicebots, computer use, and consumer AI applications. Translate system architecture and API concepts into scalable products, coordinate engineering and cross-functional teams, manage the OpenAI relationship, and drive production-grade AI platform standards. The role also involves hands-on prompt engineering, technical experimentation, SQL-based analysis, and roadmap ownership.
