Lead growth product work across the customer sign-up and purchase funnel: run product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, triage bugs, design experiments and A/B tests, and deliver end-to-end launches in partnership with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.

Lead development and scaling of Jerry.ai's customer-facing Agentic AI platform. Define roadmap, partner with engineers on prompt strategies, guardrails, and APIs, run experiments to improve automation and answer quality, and work with model partners to deploy next-generation voice and workflow automation.

Embed within a core business unit to define problems, build analyses and reports, design experiments, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end across growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
