Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable aging, census and Medicaid eligibility tracking. Support month-end close, cash flow and forecasting, cost reports, audits, resident trust accounts, and coordinate with clinical and therapy departments to ensure accurate revenue cycle operations.

Oversee and coordinate the facility's infection prevention and control program to ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and local regulations. Monitor staff adherence to isolation and aseptic techniques, conduct unit rounds, review sanitation, analyze infectious disease reports, collaborate on care planning, and lead pressure injury prevention and treatment initiatives.

Provide direct basic nursing care to residents on a 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. shift (every other weekend). Assist with ADLs, follow care plans, chart in EMR, attend trainings, observe and report health changes, assist with activities and appointments, respond to emergencies, maintain dementia and infection-control training, and participate in facility committees and in-services.
