Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable aging, census and Medicaid eligibility tracking. Support month-end close, cash flow and forecasting, cost reports, audits, resident trust accounts, and coordinate with clinical and therapy departments to ensure accurate revenue cycle operations.

Provide basic nursing and personal care to assisted-living residents on assigned weekend evening shifts. Follow care plans, assist with ADLs, escort residents, chart in EMR, maintain infection-control and confidentiality, attend trainings, respond to emergencies, and participate in facility committees and unit duties.

Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents following care plans: ADLs, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, escorting, emergency response, infection control, charting in EMR, attend trainings, and participate in facility committees and resident activities. Weekend availability and required certifications maintained.
