Define and improve O&M strategies and organizational models for offshore wind projects. Support tenders and business development with technical/commercial analysis, engage supply chain and partners, lead translation of R&D into O&M solutions, identify risks and opportunities, support training and knowledge sharing, and occasionally work offshore with travel as needed.

Leads end-to-end EPCI delivery for the 1.5 GW Mona offshore wind farm and transmission system. Oversees design, engineering, certification, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, commissioning, handover, package integration, CAPEX, energy yield, and contracting strategy. Manages multidisciplinary teams, global supply chains, substantial budgets, schedule, quality, safety, consents, and UK legislative compliance.

Manage international treasury operations, including cash pools, banking relationships, liquidity, debt, guarantees, investments, FX and interest-rate risk. Maintain treasury records and loan schedules in SAP, support hedging and financing activities, coordinate bank account administration, and ensure compliance with policies and covenants. The role also drives treasury process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Project Finance, and banking partners.
