Leads corporate development activities supporting global acquisitions, with primary responsibility for financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and executive presentation materials. Evaluates acquisition opportunities, coordinates diligence, supports negotiations and transaction execution, manages pipeline and sourcing activities, and assists with post-acquisition integration planning. Partners with senior leadership, investors, investment bankers, advisors, and business owners to develop recommendations and facilitate successful transactions.

Finance Intern rotates through FP&A, corporate accounting, and project accounting teams. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, reports, forecasting, utilization tracking, general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, project setups, backlog updates, account research, and revenue close reviews. The role is onsite in Columbia, Maryland and provides hands-on training in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, CRM systems, and financial processes.

Leads BIM modelers and produces Revit models and AutoCAD drawings for fire and life safety, fire engineering systems, and security projects. Coordinates with engineers and team leaders, ensures technical quality and QA/QC compliance, manages stakeholder presentations, and maintains current knowledge of BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD. The role requires mechanical modeling experience across HVAC, drainage, fire protection, and plumbing, supporting international projects from Mumbai in a hybrid environment.
