Maintain general ledger integrity, perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries and month-end close tasks, manage fixed assets and leases, prepare bank reconciliations, own commission/bonus submissions, liaise with outsourced tax consultants, support audits, assist AP/AR during peaks, and improve accounting processes.

Process and maintain accounts payable records, reconcile vendor statements, verify work orders, resolve vendor/project disputes, manage AP inbox, ensure timely payments, support special projects, and perform related accounting duties.

Manage accounts receivable transactions: post and verify payments, contact delinquent customers, prepare AR reports, reconcile AR with FP&A, assist revenue reconciliation and check processing, maintain customer records, and support collections and documentation.
