Manages national water mitigation and emergency restoration projects, including scoping, estimating, budgeting, invoicing, subcontractor oversight, inspections, compliance, and customer or insurance communications. Supervises, hires, and trains technicians; coordinates job responses; negotiates estimates; develops subcontractor relationships; and supports sales and business development. This full-time on-call position requires extensive nationwide travel for catastrophic events and large commercial projects, with work performed in both field and office settings.

Hires, trains, and supervises technicians; coordinates job responses; develops subcontractor relationships; and supports sales and business development. Maintain general ledger integrity, perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries and month-end close tasks, manage fixed assets and leases, prepare bank reconciliations, own commission/bonus submissions, liaise with outsourced tax consultants, support audits, assist AP/AR during peaks, and improve accounting processes.
