Handle incoming sales and showroom inquiries, schedule and confirm sales and service appointments, follow up on leads (internet, showroom, aged), track sold vehicles and hot sheets, and coordinate with dealership department managers to convert leads and support sales operations.

Serve as dealership customer relations specialist to ensure satisfaction and retention for sales and service customers. Manage complaints and follow-up, monitor feedback and online reviews, coordinate events, maintain records and reports, coach staff on customer service, support compliance checklists, and produce content for customer communications.
