Oversee dealership finance and insurance processes by reviewing credit applications, presenting financing and protection products, preparing loan/DMV documentation, ensuring legal and manufacturer compliance, and collaborating with sales to maximize profitable closures while maintaining high customer service and CSI.

Greet and assist customers as the dealerships front-line contact, manage inbound switchboard and call routing, coordinate inquiries with appropriate departments, provide administrative backup, assist with problem resolution, and perform general receptionist duties while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Receive and coordinate incoming sales and showroom inquiries, schedule and confirm sales/service appointments, follow up on leads (internet, showroom, aged), track sold vehicles and hot sheets, and collaborate with dealership departments to convert leads to appointments.
