Perform precision manual machining and fabrication (milling, turning, drilling, boring, broaching, grinding, metalizing) to repair or produce metal components. Set up equipment, use precision measuring tools, record measurements and documentation, balance assemblies, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with other shop staff to maintain quality and tolerances.

Configure, program, test, and commission custom PLC-based control systems. Create and modify CAD control layouts, perform system maintenance, provide technical support and troubleshooting in shop and field, produce FAT reports and SOPs, and support technicians during commissioning with occasional onsite travel.

Wind, assemble, repair, and test transformer coils to engineering specifications. Inspect and document winding data, operate and maintain winding machines, troubleshoot coils and equipment, perform quality testing, and support production schedules while following safety protocols.
