Responds to internet and telephone inquiries, conducts outbound calls, emails, and texts, enters customer information into CRM systems, generates appointments, presents vehicles, negotiates sales, prepares customers for financing, and completes vehicle deliveries. The role requires professional customer communication, ethical sales practices, strong organization, flexible scheduling, and collaboration in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Support the finance and sales teams by preparing and verifying sales paperwork, maintaining Axcessa deal notes, assisting customers with financing and product questions, processing product cancellations and gap claims, coordinating tag and title work and mailings, resolving funding delays, and handling lease trade-ins/turn-ins while ensuring legal compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Manage accessory sales within a dealership: recruit and coach sales staff, forecast and budget, merchandise and purchase inventory, collaborate with Parts and Service, ensure customer satisfaction and order completion, enforce compliance and prospecting using the CRM.
