Answer and process incoming sales inquiries (phone, showroom, internet); schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and leads; contact unsold showroom traffic and internet leads using scripts; track sold vehicles and hot sheets; coordinate with department managers and adhere to company policies.

Lead and coordinate vehicle sales operations, set quotas and inventory levels, train and manage sales staff, resolve customer complaints, oversee promotions/rebates, analyze sales data, and collaborate with management on forecasts and advertising.
