Lead and manage dealership vehicle sales operations: set quotas, hire and train sales managers and staff, analyze sales and inventory data, oversee merchandising, resolve customer complaints, coordinate promotions and rebates, and partner with the general manager on forecasting, staffing, and advertising to maximize volume and gross profit.

Support F&I and sales teams by preparing and verifying deal paperwork, handling product cancellations, tracking funding delays, updating Axcessa notes, assisting customers with financing questions, processing tag/title tasks, providing documents for claims, and managing lease trade-in/turn-in logistics.

Manage accessory sales operations for a dealership: recruit and coach sales staff, forecast and budget, purchase and merchandise inventory, ensure customer satisfaction and CRM follow-up, coordinate with Parts/Service, run sales training, and meet departmental performance and compliance goals.
