The Shopkeeper at Jeni's leads the team to provide excellent customer service, manage shop operations, handle HR functions, and maintain cleanliness while fostering a positive work environment.

Shopkeeper Apprentices assist with all responsibilities of the Shopkeeper, including operations, HR functions, and customer service, while undergoing training for future leadership roles.

Support shop operations including accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and HR tasks (hiring, training, performance management). Work variable shifts, act as second-in-command or lead low-volume locations, and participate in ongoing training to develop into a Shopkeeper.
