Lead a nursery room and support the wider management team in daily operations. Deliver high-quality care and learning aligned with child development principles and EYFS, maintain safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Motivate and support room staff, promote best practices, and help maintain a safe, nurturing nursery environment.

Lead the day-to-day operation of a nursery, managing staff, occupancy, budgets, care quality, learning outcomes, and statutory compliance. Ensure strong safeguarding, EYFS, health and safety, and Ofsted inspection readiness. Support and develop the nursery team, build positive relationships with children and families, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining high standards.
