Lead a nursery room and provide high-quality care and learning experiences for young children. Support children’s development in line with EYFS, maintain safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. The role also supports the management team as Third in Charge, including motivating staff, promoting best practices, and helping maintain a safe, nurturing nursery environment.

Lead and manage a nursery setting, ensuring high standards of early years care, education, safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory compliance. Manage nursery staff, occupancy, budgets, inspections, and operational improvements while supporting high-quality learning outcomes. Build positive relationships with children, families, and employees, and provide confident leadership across the setting.
