Lead a nursery room within a high-quality early years setting, delivering excellent care and learning experiences. Responsibilities include supporting child development, following EYFS and safeguarding standards, ensuring Ofsted compliance, building positive relationships with children and families, and leading and motivating room staff. The role requires maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and promoting best practices across the nursery.

Lead a nursery room and support wider nursery operations as Third in Charge. Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences, promote child development, maintain EYFS and safeguarding standards, ensure Ofsted compliance, and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The role also involves motivating and supporting room staff, promoting best practices, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Manage and develop a packaway nursery, increase occupancy, lead and support staff, oversee budgets and operations, and ensure high-quality early years care. The manager will maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory requirements; support Ofsted inspections; drive improvements; and build strong relationships with children, families, and employees.
