Provides first-level IT support to healthcare organization employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft Office, network, and printer issues. Serves as the initial contact for technical requests, documents and resolves problems, manages multiple tasks, and delivers customer-focused assistance. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, independent work, and teamwork. Hours are Monday through Friday, with rotating call coverage.

Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously for telemetry patients, promptly reporting changes to nurses and healthcare providers. Works within a cardiac unit under nurse manager direction, supports patient safety, documents or communicates findings accurately, and coordinates with patients, families, and clinical staff. Requires variable shifts and weekends, with EKG training completed within six months.

Provide on-site safety and security in the Emergency Department: prevent and investigate incidents, detain suspects for police, de-escalate combative individuals, educate staff, and perform service tasks. Respond rapidly to emergencies, enforce laws and confidentiality, and follow hospital security protocols.

Provides strategic leadership for Jefferson Regional’s information technology initiatives, overseeing clinical and business applications, technical services, cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Aligns IT strategy with organizational goals to improve operational efficiency, patient care, financial stability, and regulatory compliance. Leads teams, system implementations, policy development, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and healthcare technology optimization.

Provides hospital security primarily in the Emergency Department. Prevents and investigates crimes, responds to emergencies, manages combative individuals, de-escalates conflicts, detains individuals for police, educates employees, and performs safety-related service tasks. Requires extensive law enforcement experience, firearm certification, BLS/CPR, strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare security protocols and patient confidentiality, and the ability to remain alert and physically responsive in stressful situations.

Manages nursing staff and ensures quality patient care for assigned units. Oversees staffing, clinical operations, resource utilization, financial control, regulatory compliance, communication, and policy implementation. Collaborates with medical staff and ancillary departments, supports patients and families, and leads quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. The role typically works Monday through Friday, includes call responsibilities, and provides additional staffing coverage as needed.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger duties, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and prepares timely financial reports for Jefferson Regional.

Perform diagnostic radiographs and related imaging procedures, review and adjust images for quality, follow safety and regulatory protocols, participate in quality improvement, and provide patient care across rotating shifts and on-call duties.
