Provide patient- and family-centered medical-surgical nursing care using the nursing process: develop individualized care plans, assess and monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, perform discharge planning and documentation, collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, participate in quality/safety initiatives, and act as a preceptor for staff development.

Serve as expert resource for CDI staff and supervisors to optimize workflow, conduct clinical record reviews, mentor/train staff, validate monthly reporting, partner with providers to improve documentation accuracy, and ensure compliance using coding/EHR tools.

Supervise daily environmental services operations in a hospital: manage staffing, scheduling, supplies, training, quality inspections, regulatory compliance, and report maintenance to ensure a safe, clean patient environment and high satisfaction.
