Analyze and manage CDI clinical and staff data, build reports and dashboards, maintain internal databases using Excel/VBA and programming, support process improvement, and communicate findings to leadership to improve operational efficiency.

Investigate and reconcile payments across the revenue cycle, apply payments/adjustments to patient accounts, use payer portals (e.g., Navinet), resolve credit balances, ensure batch reconciliation and posting accuracy, and communicate system/reimbursement issues while maintaining quality standards.

Supervises revenue cycle staff and daily workflows, manages work queues, resolves escalated issues, monitors quality and performance, identifies process improvements, communicates policy and regulatory changes, prepares operational metrics, and mentors team members. The role requires experience with insurance revenue cycle functions, supervisory responsibilities, EPIC revenue cycle systems, and Microsoft Office.
