Administers medical school assessments by preparing testing rooms, delivering instructions, monitoring students, maintaining academic integrity, managing rosters, keeping time, documenting results, and reporting technical issues or non-standard testing conditions. Uses Examplify, the NBME proctors’ portal, Microsoft Office 365, and iOS devices to support secure and orderly exam administration.

Collects, validates, organizes, and maintains data from multiple sources. Prepares routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries; reviews data accuracy and identifies discrepancies. Performs basic analysis and trend reporting to support operational decisions and process improvement. Collaborates with staff on data requests, documentation, confidentiality, and reporting needs.

Provides currently enrolled university students with part-time departmental support work. Duties may include clerical tasks, answering phones, filing, scheduling, organizing, data entry, customer service, event support, light research, and technology assistance. Employees work around academic schedules, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and follow university policies.
