Leads organization-wide quality improvement initiatives for Jefferson County Public Health. Applies quality improvement and human-centered design methods, develops continuous improvement standards and systems, creates reporting and evaluation processes, and communicates recommendations. Coaches and trains staff and leaders, builds organizational quality capacity, and collaborates with departments as a subject matter expert to improve efficiency, cost, service quality, and processes.

Provides frontline customer service to library patrons across library locations, the call center, and bookmobile. Assists with information searches, e-books, library resources, reader advisory, referrals, equipment use, programs, classes, tours, and community outreach. Supports collection maintenance, instructional materials, and databases while protecting patron privacy and resolving concerns. This is an on-call, temporary role working up to 25 hours weekly, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides legal representation and advice to Jefferson County Human Services on child welfare, juvenile delinquency, adult protection, mental health, public assistance, licensing, collections, child support, records, and related matters. Handles litigation, proceedings, appeals, negotiations, legal analysis, and collaboration with county agencies, officials, clients, coworkers, and the public in a hybrid work environment.

Leads compensation and classification analysis, including market benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structure administration, internal equity reviews, and grade placement recommendations. Advises leaders and HR stakeholders, maintains confidential compensation data, supports surveys and compliance, prepares reports, and improves compensation programs and processes. Requires strong analytical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Oversee daily operations of a county motor vehicle office, including supervising, scheduling, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff. Assist customers, resolve escalated issues, process motor vehicle transactions, interpret Colorado statutes, and ensure compliance. Manage purchasing, vendors, credit card reconciliation, records, workflow planning, and delegation while maintaining accurate, efficient service delivery.

Coordinates contract administration and vendor management for the Road & Bridge Division. Responsibilities include developing, renewing, tracking, editing, and routing contracts; supporting RFPs and vendor selection; monitoring compliance, performance, payments, fees, spending, and contract utilization; resolving invoicing issues; maintaining contract databases and spreadsheets; and analyzing financial data to support resource management and decision-making.

Provide foster care recruitment, retention, certification, and community outreach for a three-county collaborative program. Manage inquiries, social media, events, grant applications, foster family support groups, and certification caseloads while ensuring compliance with Volume 7 regulations and using Trails, CAT, and ICM systems. Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with county PIOs and community partners.
