Provides high-level administrative support for the library, including accounting, purchasing, records and report preparation, inventory, correspondence, data processing, meeting coordination, public inquiries, and special projects. Maintains confidential information, manages documentation and financial transactions, supports budgeting, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and assists with department operations.

Configure and support Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll modules. Translate HR and payroll requirements into system designs, optimize business processes, manage testing and implementations, troubleshoot production and integration issues, support payroll compliance, and develop advanced reports and dashboards. The role also coordinates data conversion, audits, release testing, documentation, stakeholder requirements gathering, and ongoing system enhancements.

Provides long-term case management for children with intellectual, developmental, physical, or complex health needs. Conducts eligibility assessments, home and community visits, care planning, referrals, advocacy, appeals, provider negotiations, billing, and ongoing monitoring. The role requires coordinating Medicaid waiver services, complying with regulations, communicating with families and state agencies, and maintaining cost-effective service plans.

Conduct interviews and background investigations of adult detainees, analyze criminal histories and risk factors, and recommend pretrial release and bond decisions to courts. Prepare detailed reports, manage case records, coordinate first court appearances, serve protection orders, communicate with judicial and law enforcement stakeholders, and support detainee release decisions in a 24/7 jail-based unit.
