Support the Jeffco Innovation Lab by facilitating workshops, coordinating programs, designing course materials, tracking attendance, developing tools and engagement opportunities, and assisting county staff with process improvement, change management, and human-centered design initiatives.

Provide long-term, client-facing case management for children with developmental or physical disabilities: conduct face-to-face assessments, determine eligibility, create and maintain care plans, link families to resources, manage billing and Medicaid coordination, attend appeals, and negotiate with providers while adhering to state regulations.

Perform business process analysis, gather and document requirements, recommend and help implement IT solutions, develop related artifacts, and train staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements, prioritize needs, and support continuous improvement and successful system implementations.

Manage a caseload of adult defendants released on bond: interview clients, create supervision plans, monitor compliance (including electronic/GPS monitoring), refer to community services, collect fees, respond to violations, coordinate with courts, law enforcement, and victims, and maintain detailed case documentation and reports.
