Lead the architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and support of scalable Java-based cloud-native platforms for investment banking and CRM/analytics. Build event-driven services, APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines using Kafka and multiple databases. Drive technical decisions, performance, resiliency, testing, observability, and CI/CD practices while mentoring engineers and collaborating with business, product, and global technology teams.

Supports and improves the reliability, scalability, and observability of AI tooling infrastructure running on AWS Kubernetes. Responsibilities include incident response, production troubleshooting, automation, deployment and monitoring improvements, dashboard and alert development, distributed systems support, Kafka integration, capacity planning, and operational excellence. The role collaborates with global engineering, infrastructure, and business teams across regions.

Build and operate reliable, scalable post-trade platforms through monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, automation, observability, and capacity planning. Develop dashboards, alerts, and service health monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry. Support Kafka-based event-driven systems, production releases, change management, and root-cause analysis while collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to improve resilience and reduce operational toil.
