Lead enterprise Segregation of Duties (SoD) and identity governance programs, partner with business and IT to design roles and certifications, manage risk assessment and remediation, improve tooling and automation, and report SoD/control performance to senior stakeholders.

Provide front-line production support for equities trading systems (options, futures, swaps). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, monitor applications, track bugs, run deployments and capacity planning, document procedures, and collaborate with product and development teams. Provide global and weekend support and improve automation and monitoring for the trading environment.

Support lead analyst by producing written research on tokens, blockchain-native companies and industry trends; build and maintain token, company and industry financial models using traditional and onchain data; communicate views to institutional clients and sales; develop marketing materials, attend conferences, and build industry relationships.
