Manage dealership finance and insurance process: present and sell finance products, maintain lender relationships, ensure contract accuracy and compliance, collaborate with sales team, and deliver excellent customer service while maximizing finance opportunities.

Lead and coach a high-volume dealership sales team, desk deals, manage internet leads/BDC, drive performance and accountability, and maintain strong customer experience and follow-up.

Respond to online inquiries, provide accurate product information, follow up to convert leads, maintain a sales pipeline, meet sales targets, and collaborate to improve customer experience.
