Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new Volkswagen vehicles through demonstrations, test drives, lead follow-up, and relationship building. Meet monthly sales goals, stay current on product features and promotions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage the dealership BDC team to ensure timely follow-up on internet leads, schedule and confirm appointments, train and hire BDRs, track leads and performance, maintain forecasts and reports, and collaborate with sales and executive management to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead and manage the used car sales team to meet sales targets; develop pricing and purchasing strategies (auctions and online); train and mentor staff; analyze sales data and prepare reports; maintain inventory knowledge, customer relationships, and regulatory compliance to drive repeat business and profitability.
