Leads the credit union’s total rewards function, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HR systems, workforce analytics, compliance, and team development. Establishes compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, and pay equity practices; strengthens ADP payroll controls; manages benefits renewals and vendors; develops HR technology, reporting, dashboards, and data governance; and partners with executive, finance, risk, compliance, and operational leaders.

Leads enterprise-wide compliance and operational risk management for a credit union. Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, compliance testing, internal controls, operational risk assessments, third-party risk management, audit and examination support, policy development, corrective action tracking, reporting, training, and legal coordination. The role advises business units and senior leadership, supports governance committees, manages compliance and risk staff, and promotes regulatory adherence, operational resilience, and member protection.

Develops and manages integrated marketing communications, social media, website, blog, email, public relations, and community engagement content. Serves as a brand steward, ensures regulatory compliance, monitors online reputation, analyzes campaign performance, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and creates video and digital materials. The role also supports financial wellness initiatives and represents the credit union at community events.
