Lead and improve the company's ISO 9001-compliant QMS, manage audits, CAPA/NCR, supplier quality, inspection/testing, and quality metrics while coaching a quality team to drive continuous improvement in metal fabrication and aerospace-related manufacturing.

Support engineering and manufacturing tasks including creating part numbers in ERP, generating SolidWorks CAD models and drawings, light fabrication, testing, component fabrication, writing test protocols, and assisting mechanical engineers to complete designs and production support.

The Mechanical Engineer collaborates on design, development, and production, conducts FEA, prepares technical drawings, and provides support throughout the product lifecycle. Travel is required for client site support and inspections.

Create and maintain SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings; prepare BOMs and PDM/ERP documentation; support fabrication, sheet metal, weldments, and assembly; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and project teams to produce production-ready design packages and implement design changes.

Create and maintain SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings; prepare BOMs and documentation in PDM/ERP; support fabrication, sheet metal, weldments, and assembly details; implement ECOs/NCRs; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and project teams to deliver production-ready designs on schedule and mentor junior designers.
