Assists Project Managers and Division Directors with construction project coordination, including procurement, budget and cost tracking, scheduling deliveries, production reporting, documentation, subcontractor and vendor records, utility locate ticket monitoring, customer updates, jobsite paperwork, progress photos, and closeout packages. Maintains accurate project records, supports field personnel, identifies cost overruns and project concerns, and helps ensure projects remain compliant, on schedule, and within budget.

Assist Project Manager with procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, and jobsite paperwork. Maintain records (quotes, COIs, W-9s, locate tickets), organize progress photos and closeout packages, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Support planning, design, and implementation of outside plant (OSP) fiber optic projects. Assist with engineering plans, cost estimates, scheduling, site surveys, permitting, construction support, troubleshooting, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination while learning industry standards and tools.

Install underground utilities (stormwater, sanitary, water) by preparing trenches, aligning and joining various pipe types, operating/assisting equipment, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with the pipe foreman and crew.

Operate and transport vertical drilling rigs and materials for foundation installation projects. Maintain site safety, inspect equipment, load/unload materials, work as part of a team, mentor junior crew, and travel to job sites with flexible schedules.
