Handles general ledger and accounting activities supporting corporate and statutory reporting. Responsibilities include preparing monthly P&L and balance sheets under IFRS, statutory reporting, forecasts, variance analysis, financial data support, internal controls, expense reporting, compliance, and coordination with controlling, tax, HR, corporate teams, and outsourced accounting providers. The role also performs ad hoc analyses and investigates financial issues and risks.

Leads APAC project delivery across innovation, growth, value optimization, manufacturing, business continuity, and quality programs. Manages project delivery managers and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely, high-quality execution. Builds regional project management capabilities, coordinates resources and priorities, develops project governance, and supports innovation pipeline planning. Collaborates across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations, and Sales to convert growth opportunities into executable initiatives.

Leads finance master data governance within a global Center of Excellence. The role gathers business requirements, improves data quality, manages cleansing initiatives, supports master data projects, identifies process improvements, and ensures request forms, upload tools, and reports align with business needs. It also provides domain leadership, best practices, research, and training while collaborating with master data operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
