Lead growth for the Leisure (Out Of Home) channel by managing existing accounts and winning new business. Build and maintain a prospect pipeline, set and deliver AOP targets, develop segment propositions, negotiate commercial terms, manage forecasts, pricing, rebates and marketing budgets, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance to deliver GP and long-term growth.

Support the marketing team on brand and campaign work: liaise with agencies, assist packaging and product launches, analyze market and panel data (Nielsen & GfK), support digital/media activities, create presentations, and manage daily portfolio tasks.

The Project Manager - Initiatives Lead will oversee project management processes for new products and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
