The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR system development while providing managerial consulting and supporting employee well-being.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior fundraising leaders including calendaring, travel, communications, and donor materials; coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and global projects; maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT; manage workflows, take minutes, and assist with onboarding and training for development staff.
