Analyzes customer data, service history, technician findings, and unsold leads to identify sales opportunities. Contacts 60–100 customers daily, coordinates technicians and Project Managers, grows memberships, re-engages leads, supports deal closing, manages financing and payments, handles cancellations, and documents activity in ServiceTitan CRM. The role targets 40+ sales calls weekly and 100+ new memberships monthly.
