Supports electrical product sales by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and identifying sales opportunities. Reviews project specifications and drawings for accurate product selection, provides technical and application support, and maintains customer, distributor, and contractor relationships. Coordinates with outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and manufacturers to track projects, manage deliveries, and resolve changes, returns, and warranty requests.

Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and returns, coordinate with manufacturers/distributors, support outside sales on projects, maintain CRM/ERP records, interpret drawings, and ensure timely delivery of electrical products while providing excellent customer service.

Sell electrical products to distributor partners, contractors, OEMs, and end users. Support engineers and customers by specifying products, providing solutions, promoting new products, and growing revenue through relationship-building and project management. Collaborate with inside sales and manufacturers; travel regionally as needed.
