Supports commercial insurance Account Managers with renewals, new business submissions, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing inquiries, documentation, proposals, and client and carrier communications. The role involves gathering underwriting information, monitoring tasks and deadlines, maintaining agency records, learning commercial insurance coverages, and participating in training and process improvement initiatives.

Supports employee benefits account managers with client renewals, implementations, account administration, communications, reporting, and service requests. Coordinates with clients, carriers, and vendors; maintains accurate records; tracks deadlines; and assists with process improvements and special projects. The role offers training and increasing responsibility as benefits knowledge, licensing, and experience develop.

Independently manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts: renewals, marketing submissions, coverage analysis, endorsements, certificates, audits, and client service. Partner with Producers on retention and cross-selling, maintain documentation in Applied Epic, stay current on carrier appetite and industry trends, and mentor junior team members.
