J.Crew Factory Benefits Overview

Maintains J.Crew’s women’s and kids’ color libraries, palettes, standards, and PLM records. Supports seasonal color development, creates and distributes palette references, matches physical and digital color standards, organizes color materials, coordinates vendor orders and shipments, and responds to design, production, and merchandising requests. Also assists with research, sourcing, presentations, CAD support, cross-functional projects, and administrative tasks.

Supports preseason and in-season merchandise financial planning across sales, margin, and inventory goals. Analyzes business trends, prepares forecasts and recaps, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions such as receipt reflows, pricing changes, and markdowns. Participates in open-to-buy and inventory meetings while maintaining accurate reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Supports preseason and in-season merchandise planning by developing sales, margin, and inventory plans; analyzing performance, forecasts, sell-through, and inventory metrics; and recommending pricing, promotional, and product-flow actions. Partners with Merchandising, Allocation, and Assortment Planning to present insights, manage forecasts, and optimize business results across retail channels.
