Coordinate and facilitate the Peer Leadership Fellows Wellness Cohort, including monthly workshops, bi-weekly fellow check-ins, curriculum updates, recruitment and application management, communications and social content, community partnership development, and program administration. Support Fellows' program planning, attendance tracking, and content creation while providing mentorship, logistics coordination, and regular reporting to the Assistant Director of Teen Engagement and Director of Teen Programs.

The Assistant Director of Arts and Ideas oversees adult education programs by recruiting instructors, coordinating events, and enhancing community engagement, with a focus on adults 60+. They maintain partnerships, support events like the Boston Jewish Film Festival, and evaluate program effectiveness.

The Inclusion Coordinator supports campers with disabilities by supervising staff, adapting support plans, and fostering an inclusive camp environment. Responsibilities include ensuring camper safety, facilitating communication, and encouraging participation in activities.
