Manages the summer camp office and family communications, including attendance tracking, pickup and drop-off coordination, supply inventory, file organization, newsletters, reminders, and administrative support. The role collaborates with camp staff and leadership to maintain a welcoming, safe, and memorable environment. It requires strong communication, customer service, organization, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work in an active camp setting.

Direct and oversee Camp Kaleidoscope’s theater program, producing two fully staged musicals during the summer. Lead auditions, rehearsals, choreography, and production logistics while supervising sets, props, costumes, and performance spaces. Manage, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate 10–12 theater staff members. Ensure camper safety, foster an inclusive environment, coordinate with camp leadership and families, and participate in camp-wide activities. This is a fully onsite seasonal role working with campers in grades 4–8.

Designs, creates, modifies, and produces costumes and props for two summer musical theater productions. Leads daily costuming classes for campers in grades 4–10, teaching sewing and related skills while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment. Collaborates with the Theater Director and production team, manages deadlines, budgets, supplies, accommodations, camper safety, and camp-wide activities. This is an in-person, eight-week seasonal role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
