Grow JCB heavyline construction equipment sales and market share across a Western U.S. territory. The specialist supports territory managers, dealers, and key accounts; develops sales strategies; manages factory allocations; achieves sales targets; forecasts and reports territory activity; identifies market opportunities; maintains dealer relationships; and provides product expertise. The role is remote but requires up to 90% travel across 11 states.

Serves as JCB North America's chief legal advisor and leads the legal function. Responsibilities include commercial contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, dealer and distributor matters, government contracting, transactions, legal operations, ethics, investigations, and crisis response. The role advises executive leadership, manages external counsel and legal budgets, oversees risk mitigation, and implements scalable legal technology and contract lifecycle management processes.
