Develop new business across the Dallas-Fort Worth or Austin territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and jobsite visits. Build relationships with construction decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, close deals, maintain the pipeline, and support accounts after the sale to generate repeat business. Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Operations to ensure sold solutions are delivered effectively.

Lead mechanical equipment improvements, reliability upgrades, and system enhancements across a temporary power and climate-control fleet. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, engineering analysis, equipment redesign, legacy upgrade packages, prototyping, commissioning, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, testing, supplier coordination, and technician training.

Provide frontline remote IT support, troubleshoot user access and device issues, manage onboarding and offboarding, configure accounts and permissions, triage tickets, maintain device inventory, ship equipment, and document resolutions. Support macOS, Windows, and iOS devices across platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and internal applications. Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage and quarterly Austin meetings.
