Teams at JBS International

Coordinates logistics, planning, communications, technology, and participant engagement for virtual, hybrid, and in-person ICWA technical assistance events. Facilitates meetings, trainings, convenings, and peer networking among Tribal, State, Court, Federal, and community partners. Supports culturally responsive implementation of ICWA requirements through agendas, meeting summaries, reporting, data collection, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. Requires extensive event coordination, facilitation, project management, and relationship-building experience.

Leads the development of a digital automation capability, designing and implementing workflow solutions with low-code platforms, data platforms, analytics, and practical AI. Establishes governance, reusable frameworks, delivery processes, and data quality practices while partnering with technical, analytics, client-facing, and business teams. Builds dashboards, reporting, workflow automations, and AI-enabled solutions, mentors staff, supports proposals, and improves operational efficiency through scalable digital modernization.

Leads advanced data analytics and engineering initiatives, including data infrastructure, ETL, pipelines, warehousing, governance, visualization, and AI-enabled solutions. Supervises analysts, manages data systems and Smartsheet workflows, ensures documentation and contract compliance, and delivers insights, reports, and recommendations to improve program operations and grant management.
