Own strategy, roadmap and delivery for a high-traffic public sector digital platform. Manage backlog, prioritisation, acceptance criteria, stakeholder relationships, budgets, governance and ensure compliance with WCAG, GDS and public sector standards.

Architect, develop and maintain enterprise Drupal (v9/10+) web applications, build custom modules in PHP, consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, plan and estimate development tasks, ensure performance, security and secure coding practices, and work with front-end frameworks (Vue/Nuxt) and CI/CD/Docker where applicable.
