Perform complex stainless steel fabrication and TIG/MIG welding to ASME and AWS standards, lead and mentor junior fabricators, interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, conduct in-process quality checks, set up welding procedures, operate lifting equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and surface-finish specifications.

Perform independent fabrication and welding of stainless steel tanks, vessels, and assemblies to ASME/AWS standards. Execute MIG and intermediate TIG welding, fit-up, grinding/polishing, dimensional verification, and inspection. Operate shop equipment (forklift, cranes, man lifts), interpret blueprints, maintain stainless integrity, follow safety procedures, mentor junior fabricators, and pass an in-person skills assessment.

Senior operations leader accountable for all on-site plant functions—production, safety, quality, maintenance, and people. Drives turnaround initiatives, manages P&L, ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA, ASME), oversees outsourced HR/accounting, implements continuous improvement, and reports operational and financial performance to the CEO. Full-time on-site role with up to 10-20% travel.

Grind, polish, deburr, and finish stainless steel components to specifications; remove weld excess and discoloration; perform final inspections and minor assembly; use measuring tools and power equipment; maintain clean, safe work area and tooling; collaborate with fabricators and welders.
