Develop new hotel business, grow existing accounts, and manage sales from prospecting through contracting and follow-up. Build client relationships, meet revenue goals, coordinate with conference, catering, and hotel operations teams, maintain CRM records, provide forecasts, conduct market research, and represent the hotel at client events and trade shows.
