Drive end-to-end technical development and execution of plush product portfolios from concept through mass production and global distribution. Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks, factory onboarding, product data, documentation, approvals, and status reporting. Collaborate with global operations, Asia-based product managers, factories, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, streamline distribution, maintain quality, and meet shipping deadlines.
