Manage finance and insurance processes for powersports vehicle sales: develop lender relationships, structure deals, perform credit reviews, ensure correct documentation and funding, maximize profitability and approvals, maintain reporting logs, work with BDC for appointments, and present/demo units to customers.

Build, set up, and optimize ATV and UTV vehicles to performance specifications. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, maintain organized workspace, and assist with parts and tool organization while collaborating with engineers and team members.
