Supports daily trade finance activities for global commodities transactions. Responsibilities include managing relationships with banks and lenders, drafting and negotiating import/export letters of credit, reviewing shipping documents, resolving discrepancies with trading and logistics teams, negotiating rates and charges, and maintaining internal risk reporting. The role requires commodities operations experience, document-checking accuracy, knowledge of UCP600, ISBP 745, shipping terms, and international trade practices.

Supports the full lifecycle of commodity trades through T+1 trade checkouts, confirmations, contract review, documentation, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement. Works closely with Trading, Logistics, and Operations teams across multiple commodity products. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and professional proficiency in English and Polish.

Six-week operations internship rotating through settlements, documentation, and trade finance within a global commodities trading firm. Interns receive business induction, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to commodity trade lifecycles. They will complete a strategic improvement project and present recommendations to senior management. The role requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
