Own Jasper’s customer advocacy and experiential marketing programs, including customer stories, reference management, analyst and press preparation, customer advisory boards, executive events, and post-sale onsite programming. Develop customer-focused content, deploy proof across sales and customer success motions, and measure behavior change, advocacy conversion, account coverage, retention, expansion, and pipeline impact. The role is fully remote, reports to senior marketing leadership, and includes 20–25% travel.

Owns end-to-end product design for new software products and major features, from opportunity framing and prototyping through launch and iteration. Responsibilities include user research, interaction and visual design, AI-assisted prototyping, accessibility, design systems, cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and mentoring. The role requires strong product judgment, experience with complex enterprise software or AI products, and the ability to ship polished experiences in partnership with engineering.

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, drive organizational adoption, and realize measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, create multi-quarter success plans, track value realization, remove barriers, coordinate internal teams, influence product priorities, manage escalations, and develop customer advocacy programs. This fully remote role focuses on strategic customer outcomes rather than renewals, pricing, or contracting.

Own monthly close activities, general ledger operations, balance sheet reconciliations, corporate card and accounts payable workflows, subscription billing reconciliations, equity accounting, and variable compensation calculations. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls while supporting audits, tax filings, financial reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Direct the Strategic Finance team and own Jasper’s FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partner with GTM, EPD, and Talent Acquisition on financial planning, headcount approvals, and operating efficiency. Prepare executive and board-level reporting, translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations, and help leadership make informed investment and scaling decisions.

Lead the IQ Platform engineering team and define the architecture and roadmap for Jasper’s AI context layer. Build scalable knowledge management systems, integrations, and RAG pipelines that improve agent intelligence and reliability. Serve as a player-coach by contributing code, mentoring engineers, partnering with Staff-level technical leaders, and driving major platform initiatives from strategy through delivery.

Lead security engineering across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, product security, GRC automation, GitHub controls, and compliance workflows. Develop AI-specific threat models and guardrails, automate security checks and evidence collection, strengthen AWS and GCP environments, manage CSPM tooling, and secure software supply chains. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, IT, and GRC to establish security programs and practical controls for Jasper’s AI platforms.

Own and modernize the governance domain (auth, roles/permissions, orgs, billing) as a Staff-level backend IC: set architecture, refactor for scale and AI-native workflows, write critical-path code (70-80%), mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver enterprise-grade governance and compliance features.

Lead architecture and technical vision for integrations that ingest external data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) into Jasper's IQ layer. Design scalable, secure data ingestion, define context primitives, drive cross-team alignment, and deliver staff-level initiatives that improve reliability and AI-driven product quality.
