Provide technical leadership and mentoring across project teams to improve design quality, documentation, compliance and delivery. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001/14001/45001 and New Zealand Building Code, resolve technical issues, support procurement and buildability, and occasionally embed in projects to identify training and process improvements.
