Performs analytical development experiments and protein biologics characterization using HPLC, UPLC, CE-SDS, iCIEF, ELISA, DLS/SLS, and particulate analysis. Supports method optimization, qualification, stability, formulation development, and clinical in-use studies. Designs, analyzes, interprets, and documents experiments; prepares reports, protocols, SOPs, regulatory materials, and presentations. Maintains laboratory equipment and reagents, follows GDP and SOPs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams advancing immune oncology drug candidates.

Serve as Smartsheet SME and administrator; implement and optimize project templates, dashboards, and automated reports; develop and maintain integrated cross-functional timelines for oncology and autoimmune programs; support IND submissions and early clinical development; coordinate meetings, track actions, manage risks, and provide training and operational project support.
