Oversee daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, department performance, compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, inventory, cash handling, and maintenance support. Partner with the General Manager to maintain brand standards, improve service, control costs, and ensure safety. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call coverage.

Oversee hotel engineering and facilities operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, budgeting, requisitions, regulatory compliance, capital projects, and safety programs. Supervise and develop engineering staff, maintain MEPFP and hotel systems, manage emergency response and on-call coverage, document incidents, and ensure guest-facing areas, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure meet quality and brand standards.

Supports the housekeeping team by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies; removing soiled items and trash; maintaining carts and storage areas; assisting with heavy items; cleaning public and back-of-house areas; reporting hazards; and supporting deep-cleaning, VIP setup, and hotel events.
