Develop and improve Jane Street’s ML compiler stack for high-throughput training and low-latency inference. Responsibilities may span compiler optimization, graph compilation, GPU kernel programming, frontend design, ML training and inference systems, debugging, formal methods, and programming-language or DSL development. The role involves evaluating existing technologies and building custom solutions to improve hardware utilization and accelerate model development and deployment.

Develop and improve ML compiler technologies that convert research models into high-throughput training and low-latency inference workloads. Responsibilities may span compiler stack components, graph compilation, kernel programming, optimization, intermediate representations, GPU performance, ML training and inference systems, formal methods, and DSL design.

Design, deploy, configure, scale, and maintain regional data and colocation centres across Asia. Responsibilities include equipment deployment planning, procurement and inventory coordination, Linux server installation in PXE environments, network and server hardware installation, cabling, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, safety, security, and operational standards. The role is based in Singapore and supports remote locations, with occasional travel and some evening or weekend work.
