Build and maintain trading desk infrastructure, support trading systems and workflows, execute data queries, solve operational issues, and coordinate with traders, developers, clearing firms, and external counterparties. The role combines coding, process optimization, stakeholder communication, trade settlement support, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Mentorship and training are provided, and prior finance experience is not required.

Manage Jane Street’s global merchandise and swag program across recruiting, onboarding, events, outreach, and culture initiatives. Responsibilities include developing products, forecasting demand, coordinating roadmaps, managing vendors and logistics partners, overseeing inventory and shipping, tracking program metrics, and improving processes. The role requires expertise in physical product development, production and decoration methods, supply chain operations, and complex stakeholder coordination.

Procurement interns learn to source goods and services globally, develop RFPs, negotiate with vendors, compare quotes, manage inventory, issue purchase orders, coordinate logistics, and analyze spend data. The role also supports process efficiency improvements and sourcing research while working closely with mentors and cross-functional teams.
