Provides full-time, on-site outpatient pediatric care within an integrated FQHC. Responsibilities include continuity of care, referrals, medical direction and supervision, staff education, quality initiatives, managed care participation, after-hours call, and community child-health outreach. The pediatrician collaborates with clinical and social-support teams to deliver compassionate, equitable care to underserved populations.

Provides full-time, on-site outpatient pediatric care for underserved populations in an FQHC setting. Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination, medical direction, staff supervision and education, quality improvement, managed care participation, after-hours call, and community child-health outreach. The pediatrician collaborates with integrated clinical and social-support teams to deliver equitable, patient-centered care.

Provides comprehensive behavioral health care in an integrated primary care setting, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, referrals, and clinical oversight. Supports quality improvement, utilization review, regulatory compliance, documentation, billing, staff education, supervision, provider onboarding, and operational decisions. Requires an active or obtainable Indiana Psychologist license with HSPP designation and a PsyD or PhD in psychology or a related behavioral health field.
