Build agency and regional advertiser relationships, manage pipeline and forecasting, recruit and develop sales talent, and shape territory and regional sales strategy to drive growth.

Serve as the strategic lead for client engagements, driving onboarding, media planning, success metrics, and executive-facing recommendations. Partner with Campaign Managers and Account Executives to align strategy, ensure measurement and attribution, identify expansion opportunities, and build scalable onboarding and planning processes to improve client outcomes and retention.
