Build and maintain JamLoop's web UI and APIs using Next.js and React. Implement database-backed features with PostgreSQL, style interfaces with Tailwind, use GitHub for VCS, and deploy on AWS. Collaborate cross-functionally, follow company policies, and contribute to a high-quality, customer-focused product. Remote-first role with occasional in-person team events.

Serve as the bridge between customers, revenue, and product: lead strategic product demos, support technical discovery and solution design, capture and synthesize customer feedback, influence roadmap and product strategy, enable sales and customer teams, and provide market and competitive insights to improve Jamloops advertising platform adoption and product-market fit.

Lead new business and exceed individual revenue targets while recruiting, coaching, and developing Account Executives. Build relationships with agencies and regional advertisers, manage pipeline and forecasting, influence sales strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale regional growth and sales processes.
