Manages aircraft cabin interior programs from planning through delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, scope, quality, and customer commitments. Coordinates engineering and global cross-functional teams, suppliers, and leadership; manages program reviews, forecasts, corrective actions, contract changes, and new-business inputs. Leads through influence without direct supervisory authority and may require moderate domestic and international travel.

The Assistant Controller leads financial close, reporting, reconciliations, standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, technical accounting, tax support, internal controls, process improvement, and ERP or reporting automation. The role provides technical guidance to accounting staff, investigates financial issues, develops recommendations, and partners cross-functionally across finance, operations, engineering, supply chain, program management, and IT in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.

Leads purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, cost reduction, inventory control, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and material availability. Supervises and develops procurement staff, manages budgets and purchasing approvals, resolves supplier quality issues, analyzes performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement across supply chain operations. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, planning, quality, and suppliers to support operational and program objectives.
