Provide and coordinate on-site life-skills and supportive services for residents transitioning from homelessness. Supervise coordinators across three properties, conduct outreach and case management, maintain documentation and compliance, coordinate community resources and partners, plan wellness/community events, manage budgets and reporting, and support resident engagement and crisis response.
