Serve as the on-the-ground face of JAM Sports Atlanta, running evening/weekend leagues, ensuring player retention and smooth operations, selling league spots, training and supervising part-time staff, managing venue relationships, creating social content, and assisting with promotions and discipline to improve league experience.

Referee adult recreational volleyball leagues: enforce rules, manage game flow, resolve disputes, set up/take down equipment, submit shift reports, and create a safe, fun, inclusive experience while communicating with players and staff. Evening and weekend availability required; strong volleyball knowledge expected.

Serve as JAM's on-the-ground representative running evening and weekend leagues: ensure member retention and smooth operations, sell league spots, manage venues and part-time staff, capture social content, assist promotions, handle discipline, and complete administrative tasks.

Officiate court volleyball and cornhole leagues in Niagara: manage game flow, enforce rules, set up equipment, engage players, coordinate with venue staff, complete shift reports, and maintain safety and standards during evening shifts.
