Lead global Total Rewards and People Operations for Jam City: design and manage compensation, incentives, equity, and benefits across multiple countries; partner with Finance/Legal for compliance; oversee HRIS administration and data integrity; drive process improvement, automation and AI integration; ensure policy governance, immigration and audit readiness; and manage and develop the People Operations and Total Rewards team.

Lead the long-term vision, strategy, and business performance for a live free-to-play mobile game. Own product roadmap, LiveOps, monetization, KPIs, and cross-functional team leadership. Drive player-first experiences via experimentation, data-driven decisions, and close partnership with studio and executive leadership to maximize retention, engagement, and revenue.

Create detailed prop, environment, and character concepts and polished 2D in-game art. Produce sketches, renders, orthos, UI images, and collaborate with art and product teams while adhering to technical pipeline constraints.
