Leads the People Partner team and company-wide talent programs, including performance management, career development, succession planning, manager training, employee relations, organizational change, and leadership coaching. Partners with senior leaders and global People teams to align talent initiatives with business needs, compensation, promotions, hiring, and workforce insights. Champions AI-enabled HR workflows and ensures consistent, effective people programs across regions.

Manage multi-million-dollar user acquisition and retargeting budgets for mobile games. Plan, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns, build media-partner relationships, monitor ROAS and KPIs, coordinate with creative and ASO teams, identify automation opportunities, and present acquisition results to senior leadership.

Create and implement high-quality 3D assets for a narrative game, including environments, props, and characters. Responsibilities include modeling, texturing, optimizing assets, troubleshooting visual and technical issues, supporting project art direction, improving pipelines, and collaborating with art, engineering, design, and production teams. The role may also involve simple rigging and skinning. Candidates must provide a recent portfolio and have completed at least one 3D game from conception through release.
